I believe one thing everyone has in common is the desire to eat great food! Food has always been more than just survival for my family. It is an art and a way of life. Many of my family members have been or are in the business of great food. I enjoy cooking food that people like. I also enjoy eating great food. In my previous line of work I had the oppurtunity to travel extensively. During my travels I was fortunate enough to eat some incredible meals. Chantrelle and Asparagus w Ricotta

Every fall, right around deer season, here in the Northwest I pick chantrelle mushrooms.  This is one of my favorite dishes to make with them.  Sauted beef, chantrelles, asparagus, fresh herbs and tomato sauce topped with ricotta and parmesan cheese.
